The documents include (when available):
- the original incident report(s)/complaint(s)
- Notice of interim suspension (if applicable)
- Original notification of allegations/meeting request from Student Conduct
- Notice of charges from Student Conduct and response from the organization
- Outcome letter from Student Conduct
- Appeal request (if submitted) and appeal outcome letter from Appeals Officer
The university takes seriously its responsibility to protect educational records and the personally identifiable information of students and has taken care to make appropriate redactions where necessary.
Documents related to hazing violations included in the university's Collin's Law Report are identifiable by the inclusion of "CL" in the document name.
