Creating the Extraordinary Student Experience

Our office complies with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA), which sets forth requirements designed to protect the privacy of student education records. In most circumstances, we will require express permission from the involved student to disclose information outside the university. Students may use the FERPA form “Authorization to Disclose Information” (PDF) to authorize the disclosure of their records to a third party.
