Student Conduct

Discrimination and Harassment

Discrimination and harassment, including, but not limited to sexual misconduct, based on a protected class in any form, is never acceptable. Students are responsible to know and adhere to all university policies applicable to students, including the university’s Non-Discrimination, Harassment, and Sexual Misconduct policy. University policies can be found at http://policies.osu.edu. Effective August 1, 2019, those policies, and not the Code of Student Conduct, govern the investigation, adjudication and resolution of protected class discrimination and harassment complaints.

Please visit the Office of Institutional Equity's website for information related to sex/gender and other protected class discrimination, including sexual misconduct.
