Because our suite has secured, screened entry, please call 614-292-0748 before traveling to Lincoln Tower to confirm a staff member is available for an in-person meeting. Student Conduct does NOT schedule same-day appointments.

Student Conduct staff are available by phone, email and by Zoom/Teams during normal university business hours, Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. 

Students, graduates, or alumni seeking disciplinary records verification for study abroad, transfer/admittance applications, or any other purpose should submit the request using the "Disciplinary Records Checks" link above. 

Third parties, such as contracted federal agents conducting security clearance investigations, must use the same request form. If an in-person conversation is necessary, please call 614-292-0748 to schedule an appointment.
