Sexual Violence : False Complaints
Ohio State expects all students, witnesses, and parties to be truthful in the conduct process. If, during the course of an investigation, it is found that a complaint was filed in bad faith or dishonestly, Student Conduct will take appropriate steps under the Code of Conduct, including but not limited to investigating the complainant for "Dishonest Conduct" and/or "Student Conduct System Abuse."
